Prices exposed on our website are expressed in EUROS and contain VAT for countries which are members of the EU and customs duties for the rest of the world. We offer to our clients the possibility of viewing prices in other currencies only for evaluation purposes .
All payments are performed in EUROS and include VAT for EU member countries and customs duties for the rest of the world. No other costs will be due at the article delivery moment. For orders shipped in non-EU countries, customs duties and local taxes might be locally requested by country authorities when the article is delivered. Shipping and delivery
Shipping and delivery times depend on article availability. In case of payment with bank wire transfer the order will be shipped when the payment will become available on our bank account. Delivery times also depend on shipping type chosen by our customer, on the times declared by the carrier and on any customs inspection procedure.
Right of withdrawal
Florence Moon guarantess a 100% refund excluding only any customs duties and local taxes. The right of wothdrawal is valid for 30 days starting from the delivery day.
All refunds will be performed in maximum 10 days from the receipt of the articles sent back to us for refund. Articles bought for professional purposes will not be granted a right of withdrawal. All products returned to us without a warranty seal, after being used or with missing parts, wil not be refunded. Customers either with or without a Florence Moon account, must communicate their will of withdrawal form the buy, with an A/R record delivery letter sent to the address Florence Moon, VIA DEL CORSO 499, 00186 Rome possibly followed by an email message sent to firstname.lastname@example.org .
Return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer who is totally aware of this fact.
Warranty and compliance
In case your purchase gets damaged during transport you must communicate it to us not later than 48 hours from the moment of delivery. All our products have a 24 month warranty starting from the delivery date as written on the warranty certificate. For any issue you might encounter with your purchase please contact Florence Moon directly, attaching a photo as evidence of your issue, via email at the address email@example.com .
This warranty is applicable only towards the direct buyer and it does not cover any damage due to use, accident, misuse, normal color fading or material wearing out. Any damage to baggage occuring during air transport will not be covered by this warranty; in this case you must make a refund request to the responsible air company.
Florence moon will have the right to charge the client for any expense related to product shipping and quality verification if the product does not have the defect complained my the customer upon receival. The customer must verify that the products received match the ones ordered by him/her. If the received products have defects, the customer must contact Florence Moon, not later than 48 hours from product delivery, sending an email message to firstname.lastname@example.org attaching photographic evidence of flaws found on the the received products. Images and colors of products shown on our website www.florencemoon.it might non match perfectly the aspect of received products because of the type of monitor or browser used to navigate on our website.
The purchase contract between the Customer and Florence Moon is considered concluded in Italy and thus is regulated by the italian law and by EU regulations regarding remote purchases. In case of controversy the competent court will be the Court of Rome.
