Our hassle-free return policy
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.
How to Make a Return
- Contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt at: info@florencemoon.it or by calling 06 6880 1042
- You will receive instructions for the return
- Ship the product to: Guelfi s.r.l.s. — Via dei Coronari, 98 — 00186 Rome
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Exchanges
We accept product exchanges. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days from the receipt and inspection of the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Conditions
- The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made for professional purposes (B2B).
Defective Products
If the product has defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email with photos of the defects to info@florencemoon.it.
Legal Warranty
All Florence Moon products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (24 months). The warranty applies to the original purchaser and does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the natural fading of colors and breakdown of materials.
