Return Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@florencemoon.it with your order number. We will send you the return instructions and shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Defective products: If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free pickup and full refund or replacement.
