Le consegne in Italia avvengono tramite Corriere espresso dal lunedì al venerdì.

Non è possibile scegliere l’orario né il giorno di consegna quindi conviene indicare un indirizzo presso il quale sia sempre presente qualcuno nei giorni feriali. Se il corriere non trova nessuno all’indirizzo fornito, effettua un secondo tentativo. Dopodiché il pacco rientra nei nostri magazzini.

In fase di acquisto, nella schermata spedizione, si prega di compilare in modo preciso il campo "indirizzo", indicando: via, numero civico, località, cap. e numero di telefono. Il pagamento con contrassegno, implica un costo di 8 euro.

Gli ordini effettuati durante il week-end, verranno evasi a partire dal lunedì.

Quanto ci mette l’ordine ad arrivare?

La spedizione viene effettuata il giorno successivo al completamento dell'ordine e la consegna viene effettuata entro 2/14 giorni lavorativi a seconda del paese di consegna

Anche se Florencemoon non può garantire la puntualità, tutta la merce viene consegnata entro un massimo di 30 giorni dalla data di conferma di ricezione dell'acquisto.
